𖤐 TERMS OF SERVICE 𖤐

𖤐You MUST be 18+ to purchase any artwork from me, if I catch you lying you will be blocked by me on all platforms/blacklisted𖤐I forbid the use of my artwork/designs/bases being used/in NFT's (non-fungible tokens) or blockchains𖤐I retain the right to cancel/deny a commission/custom for any reason at any time.𖤐I won't communicate through third parties. If you're not the commissioner, I will not respond to messages you're making for said commissioner. Do not send people other than yourself to ask about your commission.𖤐You cannot edit my original artwork/alter or remove my watermark (only exception being filters over my artwork for aesthetic reasons)𖤐Turnaround is about 2–3 weeks max once you're at the top of my queue𖤐I respond typically very quickly to commission correspondence, if you have sent correspondence regarding commissions and have not heard back from me in over 48 hours, do not hesitate to reach out to me on any of the platforms I'm on via direct messaging if you're having trouble reaching me, as it is most likely an issue outside my control (internet not going through, not getting a notification, etc.)

𖤐 Payment/refunds 𖤐

𖤐Payment is required UPFRONT before I can give you any of my artwork/designs𖤐 Full refunds are not eligible after I have gotten past the sketch stage of your commission, regardless of what stage the artwork is in (Unless the commission is a sketch or is otherwise stated in not being given WIP stages, which in that case is no longer refundable), if I have not started on your commission full refunds are available!𖤐The amount refunded on your commission depends on what stage the artwork is in. The refund amount will be the amount of what wasn't done𖤐Although I have never missed a deadline on a commission, I do warn all commissioners that I am epileptic and do have rare medical emergencies. While this shouldn't ever be a problem, if I miss the deadline date of your commission, you are eligible for a refund based off of what artwork has not been finished (see rule above)𖤐If I'm the one to cancel your commission for whatever reason, you'll receive a full refund regardless of what stage the art is in.𖤐I do not take refunds for bases/designs (unless it's a custom, see rules above) once purchased

𖤐 Edits/WIPs 𖤐

𖤐WIPs are offered at no additional cost, however once I send them, and you approve them with no requests for further edits, I will continue to the next stage of the drawing, and will not go back to make edits to the initial stage/back a stage.𖤐WIPs are your chance to ask for edits. If you want a significant edit such as different pose/expression, request this during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, I'll only make smaller edits during the line art stage and beyond.𖤐I send WIPs for sketches, line art, coloring, shading/highlights, and the background, this is the order of stages I send for commissions that are applicable.𖤐I will not add/change details that were NOT made clear during the specific WIP stages𖤐Once the piece is completed, edits/alterations will no longer be offered unless I've made a mistake on my end

𖤐 Permissions 𖤐

𖤐I will post your commission anywhere I choose unless you specify which platforms you are/aren't okay with me posting said commission, as well as keep you the commissioner public unless also specified in your order form𖤐You may post your commission on your own platform if you choose, just credit me properly! (see my links to see what platforms I'm on, so you can tag me properly!)𖤐You can use your commission for personal use, such as icons, wallpapers, banners, etc. Just credit me properly (see rule above)𖤐You can make physical copies of your commission for YOUR OWN PERSONAL use (posters, stickers, etc.)𖤐You cannot claim any artwork made by me as your own𖤐You cannot use my artwork commercially or resell as prints, merch, shirts, pins, etc. You cannot make money off of my artwork, even if it was drawn for you specifically

𖤐 Designs 𖤐

𖤐You can resell any design made by me as long as it's not at a higher price then you paid for, unless more artwork is added to their worth𖤐You can use the design/redesign for personal and commercial use, but you cannot use the original artwork made by me in said commercial work (For example, I design/redesign a pink pony that I made for you/that you purchased, you can draw that pink pony and use the artwork you drew of said pony for commercial use, but the drawing of them that I made you cannot!)𖤐You can change anything about the design/redesign, just credit me as the original designer/redesigner! (read below for the only exception)𖤐For designs/redesigns that are a child of two (or more) characters (or if you plan to give them parents), you cannot change (or make) the parentage to anything involving incest or pedophilia (relatives together, underage characters with adults, etc)𖤐You must not claim the original design/redesign/my artwork as your own𖤐You cannot use my designs/redesigns in anything for bigotry, incest, pedophilia, non-consensual content, or subjects of similar manner purposes𖤐You may regift/trade/resell the redesign/design at any time as long as you abide to my TOS, and any person who receives said design must apply to my TOS as well (only exception being payment and refunds section as well as the edits/WIPs section)𖤐For redesigns, please have a working link to the original artist/designer, so I may link to them for credit!𖤐I will not redesign any character that the original designer has TOS that requires their designs to NOT be redesigned/have any edits made to them. If there are any rules requiring certain edits to not be made to a character's design, this must be brought to me by you the commissioner, BEFORE work is started, I will not be held liable of others TOS being broken.𖤐I do not make closed species designs, and I will not redesign closed species/turn a design into one.

𖤐 Bases 𖤐

𖤐You cannot resell/share any bases of mine for others to access it𖤐You cannot claim the base as your own artwork (the lineart/markings/fill-ins, or tracing over any parts of my bases)𖤐Please tag me/credit me anytime you post artwork that features a base I made, I'd love to see what you've done with it! (click here to see all the platforms I'm on, so you can properly credit me!)𖤐You can add your own markings/line art/fill-ins if you want, please just don't claim that any add-ons you put onto it were made by me, I don't want people to think that something you drew is on the base!𖤐You can sell custom design commissions on the base if your customers are fully aware I made the base!𖤐You may NOT make lewd edits (examples include genitalia of any kind/species and sheaths)
